Headache after night fall
Sir I do daily 2km running and I have a good stamina and my hb is 15.3 gm but whenever after ejeculation or nightfall or during prostatic discharge I have extreme headache which lasts for more than 7 days and also I have slightly shaking in my hands and feeling like ants crawling on my hands and legs. I also have low erection means my penis not very hard on erection. And also after ejeculation I suffer from extreme constipation till 7 days and my mouth also feels dry. Please tell me what is the reason for this problem.
