Headache after morning walk
Actually I live in Ethiopia and I started morning walk for around 1 hour. Suddenly what I noticed that headache was there after walk and sleeplessness. I used to sleep at 10 and wake up by 2 0'clk. after that I used not be able to sleep. Then I stopped my walk and after stopping everything was normal...what could be the reason ??? While people say morning walk is very good for health. And I faced this problem.
