Hello.. my name is vidhi , and I am 31 ... My height is 5.4. And weight is 70kg.. previously I used to walk half an hour after my each meal (not immediately)... I also don't consume much of oily and fatty things... But still I am gaining my weight... Recently I have started up with morning walk.. I walk for 3kms.. but I get so tired that I sleep ... I don't know what to do... I am very worried about my health and weight.. I am unmarried...
