Head tremors
Hi few years ago I worked in a foundry my job was working on a grinding wheel grinding animal drinking bowls and cast iron clamps. because I was quite tall my kneck was all ways arched which caused pain in back of kneck, I now suffer everyday my head tremors very bad and pain, so I hardly live my life as I stay indoors because I'm embarrassed round people. I can't stop my head shaking now it's ruined my life can you please help anyway..
