Head tremor
Iam having head and full body tremor when I'm angry and excited and also while talking to others(mainly strangers) during interview, gatherings. I consulted doctors for this first doc gave me paroxetine cr 12.5 and betacap 20 stopped after 3 days because paroxetine makes me high ,also suffered from insomnia,never took propranolol because I have read of its side effects next they gave me Escitalopram 5 MG bd and propranolol 20 bd this time took both after taking propranolol i felt weakness in my whole body so I took only once but after withdrawing from propranolol tremors got severe .I can't even go out home the tremors got very severe and noticeable it's like agarophobia for 2 months when I try to go out I think everyone will notice my head tremor so please guide me what to do  I can't even go out 1.is it essential tremor 2.is it side effects or withdrawal effects of these medicine 3.is it curable?? 4.is it
