Feeling pain in lower back of head, which is going upward toward whole head if I am doing head massage . Feeling pain in upper spine as well. It's from last 3 days

It is a symptoms of occipital neuralgia because of which u are getting radiating pain in whole of your head. It is mainly because of bad posture.
