Head not engaged in pelvis
I m 39 week 5 days pregnant as per doctor head is not engaged in pelvis but ultrasound report showed cephalic position and 2 cords near the neck . As per her c section is to done is there any chance of going into labour and having normal delivery

Having two loops of around neck, during labour and delivery, if it becomes too tight, it would endanger the baby. When head is not engaged, if you go into labour or if your water breaks, chances of cord prolapse will be a risk too.

At cesarean section is definitely not indicated Wait till 40 weeks It's still no pains you should get admitted for induction of labour at 40 weeks and one day Two cords near the neck is not an indication for cesarean section
