  4. Baby head not engaged. Go for c section?

Baby head not engaged
I am 39 weeks pregnant. My sugar and BP level is normal. Weight is 62 kg ( height 5.3 ft) and baby weight is 3.67 kg. My baby head is not engaged. I am having little lower back pain but no other issues. Should I wait for normal delivery or go for c section?
