My 8 year daughter having lots of head lice and eggs I tried permethrin lotion also but nothing happened please suggest me some shampoo to get rid of them lice eggs are alot suggest to get rid of eggs

Nits are glued to hair shaft.u will have to remove them mechanically. Permethrin lotion works when u comb the wer hair after rinsing it. The intoxicated lice come out with combing.
