Head is spinning while lying on bed
Hi This is for the first time I am feeling this and this is annoying. I slept having dinner 11pm last night and in morning I woke up at 5:20 to check my phone when I turned to my right side I felt a round swirl in my head and it goes . Then I stand up and cook breakfast  and tiffin for my family. Then I slept for half and hour . Then woke up nothing I felt. Then after one hour again while lying I turned to another side one more swirl ... What could be the reason and which doctor to consult ? Is this an emergency..??? Plz reply asap:-(

This is vertigo. Get checked in your city. As vertigo is due to many reasons ie cervical, BP, HTN Anaemia ect.....NJOY GUD HEALTH.
