How can I tell if a head injury is mild or severe? I am sleeping in bus in last row, suddenly because of break my head hit on back seat. Should I go to doctor?

The warning signs are loss of consciousness , confusional state, vomiting and ear nose bleeding. If all these symptoms are not there then we can call it as mild head injury.
