Head heaviness and dizziness
Hi All,
I have started my hypochondria anxieties treatment one month back. I start medicine in this way
First 10 day days :
paroxetine 0-0-1. 12.5mg
Clonotril 1-0-2
After 10 days :
Paroxetine 0-0-2 ( each 12.5 mg. Total 25mg)
Oleanz 0-0-1. ( 2.5mg)
My issue is that now a days, I am feeling dizziness and heaviness( not headace) in my head. Feels like loosing co-ordination suddenly. . sometime it goes off and sometimes comes.
I am really panic with this and thinking about some brain tumors fear due to these medicine !! Please suggest.

There are two possibilities, one drug-induced (paroxetine) initially induce anxiety and the second one is an underlying illness(inadequate treatment).
