Head and neck pressure

Asked for Male, 23 Years

From last 10 days, i am having some throbbing pressure in my right head ( no pain). This gets better on its own and then worsens. Also i feel pressure over my nose right side and feeling of confusion. The right neck muscle is kind of stiff as well. This pressure in head worsens when i take deep breaths .. Having dry cold also, no cough but nasal passage is often closed with no mucus Please help.. Just undergone surgery for fistula 20 days back.
