Head and neck pain
Pressure in back of head and neck ,I have issue pain in neck and head pain is very slight but presist from a week intially it reflect in  upper back bone . While laying down it reflecf on jaw and nose .it's tolerable pain not much but still discomfortable last month on 23 I recovered from covid.

If it's decreasing, then nothing to worry. Avoid pillow, do specific excercise for neck muscle.

You have weakness and post viral these issues are usual. Avoid bad posture and eat healthy diet with veggies and fruits. Thanks
