Please contact an Oncologist to find the cause of headache. This may be due to advanced tumors, brain metastases and many more other reasons. The treatment may be with palliative chemotherapy and/or radiation and in very selected cases surgery. If patients general condition is not good, only palliative care is probably the best option.

There is Possibility of brain mets, please consult radiation oncologist.
Try to make patient comfortable rather then... asking such questions with no answer.
