Metastasized Cancer
If a cancer cell metastasized in the lungs,liver and colon is it treatable? Is chemo or other treatments advisable for a CHF patient? Wat is the survival rate of a patient diagnosed with these cases? If its called advanced will a treatment like chemo or surgery help? Wat are the risk of doing treatments if the patient has CHF? I need an honest and practical answer in his condition. Please do answer. Thank you.

I hope you mean congestive heart failure by CHF. Answering your first question - if cancer cells spread to other organs then it is stage 4 and chances of cure is difficult. It depends on what type of cancer it is originating from. Some respond to chemo, some do not. 2nd Q - CHF patients can be given treatment based on their heart working status. If the functions are poor then dose adjustments are required. 3rd Q - survival is difficult and depends on the histology type. 4th Q - depends on what treatment is given.
