  4. Head ache and fever. Fever coming back.

Head ache and fever
From last 4 days im having 101-102 fever with headache. Whenever i take medicine fever come down and once its effect get over fever and headache start. Feeling too thirsty whenever having fever. Had calpol but again fever coming back.
