Feeling head Ache while get up in morning from last 3 days. At the time of walk feel can be fell down. Eyes are week and wearing spacs . Please suggest if any vitamins medicine required.

Morning headace
It might be due to migraine,stress ,incomplete sleep,hypertension and some ENT problem .
Physical examination is necessary
If you are a regular computer or mobile user,then try to restrict it . late night usage may be one cause.
As of now ypu can use
Teardrops eye drops 3to 4times daily ,cap isite one daily and tab flunarin 10mg at bed time.
