HDL level 30 in lipid profile
Sir my HDL level is 30 right now... before 6 months i checked it was 36. other details of lipid profile are... LDL 127, TRIGLYCERIDES 223..
i have checked ECG, TMT, ECO... ALL reports are normal... is this low hdl level concerning?
what should i do to increase my hdl level

High level of LDL, and TRIGLYCERIDES needs to pay attention, try diet and exercise then repeat lipid profile then to decide further management
