Homocysteine level of 65
I've underwent this overall blood test from Thyrocare and found my homocysteine level to be 65 as per the attached screenshot.
I'm really worried after googling about it and also found my HDL cholesterol to be 30..
My height:178cms
Weight: ~100
Age: 25
Please suggest if this is serious or weight loss and proper diet will be sufficient.

If your complete counts are normal then u do not have worry about low homocysteine levels
