Inj HCG can be used during pregnancy for infertility cases or if there are chances of threatened abortion, but if there is no complaint of bleeding or spotting PV there is no indication to continue it. Rather you can even use micrnised progesterone for the same.

Both the injections progesterone and Hcg are natural hormones produced in the body during pregnancy.  Sometimes when the pregnancy is weak ,there is bleeding or you have previous miscarriage these hormones can help you continue your pregnancy. They are safe in pregnancy. However they will not support a failed pregnancy.  For further information you can go for a paid chat with me on practo.
