HBA1c Level Increase
I am 33 yrs and have undergone HBA1c test 3 times(enclosed below) in last one year. Nov 16 - 5.5% Aug 17 - 5.7% Nov 17 - 5.89% Please do suggest me, whether this range is normal, as some info from google says: HBA1c should not be more than 5.7, which falls under Prediabetic. Kindly suggest, how to reverse my PreDiabetic to Normal range.

Yes this is pre diabetes. You need to work on your lifestyle and keep a check on your weight to prevent it from becoming diabetes.
