Hello, the readings from CBG are from capillary blood which is not definitive. Hba1c is a average for 3 months of glucose levels which is more conclusive. You might be in a Prediabetic state. Homoeopathy medicines has a wonderful effect here preventing the diabetic state. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

normal A1C level is below 5.7%, a level of 5.7% to 6.4% indicates prediabetes, and a level of 6.5% or more indicates diabetes. I would suggest you only one thing and that is NO MEDICINE either homeopathy or ayurveda Or allopathy. Consult a nutritionist (not dietician) for your issue whom you can easily find on practo and follow that meal plan and repeat that HbA1C after 3 months (only after you strictly follow that plan else no benefit to get it repeated). Hope this will help.

You need to be cautious. Because diabetes is a hereditary disease. It can affect you. Better focus on diet and exercise. Get the blood tests done for 2 to 3 times in a gap of a week. Then take a call.
