Hb1ac is 6.8
In feb 2023 my hb1ac was around 6.3 and my weight was around 99kg. After few months i have started my exercise(Weight was around 106kg). From past 4 months i have lost 16 kg but my hb1ac is 6.8? I dont want to take meds in this age. But yes my father have diabities and mother also have. Is there any ideal weight loss goal thorugh which i can achieve remission. Or do i need to take meds?

Its not always related to weight. There are multiple parameters. Life style changes are very important aspect but not the only corrective measures. Its needa multidisciplinary approach.
