So my Hb1Ac is 5.8. I don't drink I don't smoke and I hardly eat sugar. Although this can be genetic but my fasting sugar was 78 almost daily. Can It be reversed if i do measures or will it remain same? I'm a woman and I'd want to conceive too in few years

Your HbA1c of 5.8% suggests early insulin resistance (pre-diabetes), though your fasting sugar is normal. This can improve with lifestyle changes like regular exercise, a low-glycemic diet, good sleep, and stress management. Since you're planning to conceive in a few years, it's a good time to act. With consistent effort, HbA1c can return to normal.
