5.8 prediabetes what to do
I'm eating normal rotis, no sugar or processed food but I do eat 2 cheese slice with 4 multigrain bread daily but i eat other things very moderately can it get reversed from 5.8 to 5.1 in 3 months? I also walk 20 mins after each meal
