Having stress and late night sleeping
Not slept well since last 2 days, having palpitations and stress, please suggest what to do, when Iam trying to sleep not able to sleep

- have a fixed time to sleep and wake up - avoid stimulants like tea/coffee before sleeping - try yoga and relaxation techniques (taught by psychiatrist/psychologist) - avoid heavy exercises before sleep - avoid afternoon naps - keep clocks , tv , mobile and other gadgets away while sleeping -sleep in a cool and dark room -avoid checking time while unable to sleep
