Having some problems in right ribs.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Sir,I was having cough and sneezing problem for approximate 12 days.On that 10th day it's starting some types of pinching problem on right ribs during sneezing.Its become almost 15 days cough and sneezing disappeared still that pinching is there if some short of that sneeze happen in irregular interval (naturally).While sleeping on right side it's pinches.sometime normally also it's pain.what may be the cause of this problems.For example I have attached one photo of that part.
