Having sharp throat pain.
Hi Doctor , I am having sharp throat pain . Yesterday I was having the dinner at that time some rice stuck in the windpipe. I had manually do the cough to remove that rice. After that I am feeling something stuck in my throat. Also having the pain in the throat. Kindly suggest some medicine. Thanks for the help.

Mostly after that rice got stuck and you tried to remove there will be some minor trauma to the mucosa of the throat which is giving that feeling of something stuck in the throat.. It should subside in a day or two.. If there is more pain you may use pain killers and do some warm water gargles.. If symptoms persist get an endoscopy done

Just take pain killer and antacid It will take some time to heal the wound because of rice injury Take some soft and bland diet
