Having sharp pain while excreting
I feel sharp pain while excreting and the burning sensation remains for a while after excretion and i am also not able to sit properly. The itchiness is also there around the anus which comes if i walk for more than 5 minutes. I may have strained few days back while excreting and since 3-4 days i am having this problem.

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should do sitz bath (Hot water tub bath ) 2-3 times a day followed by application of some soothing ointment like Sushruta ointment/ Coconut oil/ Cow's Ghee. Take care of your bowel movements. If you are constipated; you should take some stool softening ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta Churna/ Haritaki Churna 1 tea spoon full with warm water in night. This problem is due to piles and fissure..

You are suffering from anal fissure. Causes are may be over drinking , smoking , eating fatty food , oily fastfood, too much anxiety and stress etc Avoid - Above mentioned food. Milk and milk prodects. Red meat. Take- 1.Sitz Bath 2.Profuse water and Easily digestable foods. 3.moderate quantity water. If u have history of constipation then u have to treat it . Consult Homoeopathic doctor or me Online or offline and take proper treatment until its too much late. It can lead u to surgical operation.
