Very early stage pterygium..you can start reducing screen time and add lubricant eye drops..but it's not due to long screen time but due to sunlight exposure
Next Steps
Reduce screen time
take frequent break
lubricant eye drops
u can wait for surgery unless it progresses in size

It is not due to mobile use.mostly it happens when you are under sunlight more often.the treatment is surgery.for dryness use lubricating eye drops.there is no alternative to surgery but surgery can be planned according to your wish and time.
