Having positioning pain aftr fal in wash
Hello Doctor, My mother fallen down one week back  in washroom and get hurted in back shoulder but got x-ray done but nothing is captured there, Now, her pain is painfull and this is positioning pain some time it hurting in stomach, lower chest, and rib, and back rib also ..so place are changing. She is not able to sleep, if she sleep then she can not able to get up if so pain is extreme... When she get up from nap she is crying from pain .. Please assist.

if pain is specific to a certain part then repeat X-ray or get a ct scan done. If patient is unable to sit or turn to the sides then her spine needs to be checked for any fractures.
Next Steps
If no fractures in shoulder then physiotheraphy, spine X-rays to rule out any fractures and also patient seems to be anxious hence might also require an opinion with psychiatrist treating her to optimize the dosage if everything else comes back normal.
