If u fell on to your buttocks, it may be possibly that u may have fractured your sacrum or coccyx bone. Get an x ray of sacrum AP and lateral views and start some analgesics. Consult an orhopaedic surgeon with the x ray.
physiotherapy is alternate for u.
apply ice to affected part.
ultrasound therapy is useful for reducing pain .
After X ray conclusion use LS belt.
consult with physical therapist for further treatment.
