You could be having TA tightness , it’s a tendon above the heel which gets tightened up, so once you stretch it in the morning ( by moving your toes ankle up and down) also calf stretching ,before getting out of the bed you will feel better ...also for pain in the heels you could be having plantar fasciitis or spur but until and unless examined by a specialist can’t be said for sure.
