Having pain in left wrist
Having pain in wrist for more than a month seems he had a hit some where. Now it is paying to some extend . No medicine had been taken he is just tiring the band. Pls.help.

Initially at least take basic treatment in the form of local heat, tab dolo 650 sos, moov gel..all this for 5-10 days..
Next Steps
if pain persists then x ray is required. x ray wrist AP/LAT and oblique view.
Health Tips
avoid sports activity and work involving wrist movements.
