⢠Take frequent Breaks at work
⢠Use cervical pillow.
⢠Use Back Support.
⢠Self Massage the back of neck.
Hi.., wear soft collar as u described severe pain..
also completely avoid forward bending of neck
Do visit a physiotherapist for ift/ traction and supervised exercises for aleast 7 days
If u don't find relief then visit an orthopedician.. tc
