Hi Mahesh, it's a very common problem which can be easily managed . Also can prevent from reoccurance. You just need few physiotherapy sessions, also you need to learn stretches and strengthening exercises. Take care

• Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support. • Self Massage the back of neck.

Hi.., wear soft collar as u described severe pain.. also completely avoid forward bending of neck Do visit a physiotherapist for ift/ traction and supervised exercises for aleast 7 days If u don't find relief then visit an orthopedician.. tc
