Having knee and lower back pain
Hi, I work in IT and sit for long in front of PC. Recently I played football and started having pain on my left knee especially when I take stairs or even when I bend to put pants. I also played badminton recently and started getting lower back pain. I'm thinking of stopping the games and do some exercise to strengthen my knees and back. Pls advice
