Having joint pains from lost 1 month.
Hi, One year back, I had a joint pains problem in early morning while wake up from bed, all joints having paining and not able to lift heavy weights also, that time I had a treatment from doctor and told me that some viral infections came, then taken treatment it's got reduced after 2 months. Later now after 1 year once again started the joint pains all my joints, in early morning. It's having pains entire day, not able to lift heavy weights also. Now I am taking the medication from the doctor, and doctor told me that may be lack of D3 Vitamin , so taking the vitamin D3 tablets, past two weeks. Still joint pains are there. Could you please suggest me what was the reason, I am getting this type of joint pains. What about the best way to reduce permanently this type of joint pains, in early morning. Thanks, Krishna

Dear Sir, your symptoms of early morning pain, and that too from long duration could be suggestive of inflammatory arthritis, such symptoms are due mainly to Rheumatiod and like conditions. If there is morning stiffness associated with these symptoms, the likelyhood increases. So do not be emperical, in treatment, and you need to consult a Rheumatologist and not an orthopedician, for this, as majority of them treat the surgical part, and not the medical management, and you have not even crossed the stage of diagnosis.
