Suffering from fever since 4 days...took solo 650 but still no cure plz suggest d needful

Please get fever markers done to rule out malaria, dengue, typhoid or chikanguniya. Do not take any medicine apart from dolo 650 upto thrice a day till above diseases have been ruled out. You can do sponging with water at room temperature to bring down fever
Next Steps
Please consult a lab and get Typhidot IgG/IgM, Dengue NS1 and PS for Malaria Parasite done
