Having fever ,  vomit once lose motion
Hi, My kid is having 102.5 fever from early morning. It's going down for sometime when p250 5ml has given to her in 6 hours interval. She had vomit once in the morning and twice lose motion as well. She often says she is having stomach pain as well. Please advice us. Is there anything to worry about?

It's better not to take risks with children. Consult a paediatrician ASAP. Continue giving paracetamol if the fever persists. Also rehydrate her with ORS solutions. Ensure feeding unless there is persistent vomiting which requires hospital admission. If diarrhea continues you may add nor metrogyl suspension. Do a routine blood, Hb, TC, DC, platelet and MP with WBC morphology and show it to a doctor. Could be viral with features of acute gastro enteritis.
Next Steps
The main thing is to prevent dehydration. You haven't mentioned her age. Control the high temperature though febrile convulsions can occur at a lower temperature too.

P 250,dose may b ,high dose,for ur kid ,which might b causing , vomiting and loose motions.So pl. consult ur family physician.In the mean time , sponging ,of scalp ,with plane water should b carried out.A lso pain stomach,due to high dose.
