Kindly visit your local Dentist - Cap Sporidex 500mg 1 Cap bd x 5 days - Tab Zerodol SP 1 Tab bd x 5 days - Cap Pan D 1 Cap bd before meal x 5 days - Dresin mouthwash ,gargle in lukewarm water. - Avoid sticky or sweet or chilled food itmes. 1) T. Augmentin DUO 625, 2 or 3 times/day, total 10 tablets. 2) T. Metrogyl 400, 2 or 3 times/day,10 tablets. 3) T. Parasafe 650, only in case of mild pain, maximum 4 times/day. If doesn't relieve, T.Ketorol DT,  one tablet at a time, maximum 3 tablets per day, only if moderate to severe pain, dilute in water and consume. 1,2,3 to be consumed after food. 1 and 2 both tablets to be consumed(all 10 tablets to be strickly consumed) as per instruction even if pain subsides after a few tablets. If no pain, do not take any of no. 3 medicines. 4)C.pan D, once a day, before food for 5 days.

Take antibiotic for 5 days and do warm saline rinses .... Tab augmentin 625 mg ..to be taken twice a day Tab voveron plus  ...painkiller...to be taken when required

Are you allergic to any medicines and taken pain medication / antibiotics before without any side effects ? If you are not allergic you can start painkiller ESPIDASE-DP / FLEXON with Antibiotic AUGMENTIN 375 Mg - 3 times a day

Yes , you can take some medicine for pain relief but once the pain comes down visit your nearest dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Take Capsule Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily x 5 days Tab Voveran D 50 twice daily x 3 days Tab Pan 40 once daily x 3 days .
