Ambrodil S is ok if there is cough with wheezing. For vomiting you can use syrup ondem. ATM 200 is an antibiotic. It is not required usually and should not be started without consulting a doctor. This looks like a viral respiratory infection. Using an antibiotic like this leads to resistance. So this antibiotic will not act next time. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey if possible, avoid milk and milk products it at least add haldi to milk
