Having anal fissure
I'm having recurring anal fissure. Currently not at my home and out of station for about a month and again starting to face this issue of bleeding in stool and pain. Before this I use to have homeopathy treatment which helped but currently I'm middle of some business here and having this issue causing so much of problems for me please help and suggest some medicine to me to help in this issue.

5- Ointment- Anometrogy 2 time per day for 3 day at morning and evening.
6- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity..
