Having acute backpain since 2 weeks
Hi Sir/Mam, My wife is suffering from back pain since 2 weeks. She has been advised some medication. It however isn't helping. Pls advice.

Could ne due ti Disc bulge/prolapse , Manual physiotherapist can push the disc,back to it's normal place,try it, GOOD LUCK

Physiotherapy treatment will cure you. Posture corrections must. Avoid long sitting and standing. Avoid heavy weight. Stretching exercises with treatment

Hello..!! Visit nearest physiotherapy center for heat therapy and strengthening exercises.. Till then continue hot water formantation for 15mins twice a day,,followed by myolaxin ointment.. Thank u..!
