My wife is having pain in back

Hi My wish having pain in her back near the bone just back to hwr heart ... she is having this from last 1 year ...some times it becomes very tuff for her to breath properly ... she cant lift baby and cant stand for long because of her pain .. Whom shall i consult ... ortho /neuro / physician ... amd also suggest ur view what shall she do ... her body posture is curvy bent forward ..
