May be urdeficit ofthe complete nutrition. U can take plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts.. Figs almonds,dates,raisins,walnuts are good. Milk milkproducts are good .Two tsf ghee per day is advisable.. Exercise,yoga,walking for one hour is best for u. Sleep liesurely fot six hrs  min.at night is adviced.
