My age is 36,a happy married life, two kids
All going well, but from back few days I am not getting much sexual feelings and erections, due to some issues my wife stayed for 6months at her parents home from last year November, during that period I was on self masturbation but I was watching some sites during it, I don't know it effected on my sexual health or what, I am not getting proper erection now a days, I need to open sited if I want erection nd not staying hard for long time also, I don't have any health issues as I go for body check up regularly once in 6 to 8 months, no bp,no thyroid, no any fat in body,no cholesterol,no diabities,all well health wise ,no habit of alcohol, I do smoke but in limit only, kindly suggest what to do🙏🙏
