I have a one pimple on my testicles from the last 6 years and it's growing slowly. I want to know what is it and what should I do.
It's completely painless and slightly yellowish in color.
Please, any treatment or medication to stop this.

Hi. This looks like a simple scrotal cyst. Probable steatocystoma. Doesn't require to be removed usually unless you may want to get it removed.
