hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done if required. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

If your tooth is broken but the roots are intact then the tooth can be saved by doing RCT followed by capping , but you might need to do post and core for building the crown part.

A good xray will reveal the extent of damage and hence dictate treatment.

Is the tooth painful too? Do you feel any kind of sensitivity in that tooth such as cold or hot sensations? If yes then you might have to undergo a root canal treatment which is necessary to keep your tooth healthy and pain-free.further treatments will be decided when you visit a dentist.
Next Steps
visit a dentist.
Health Tips
Don't try to temper with the Brocken tooth. visit a dentist and get an iopa x ray done of the tooth.

Good evening sir. Please post a picture of the same. The perception of a half tooth may not be the same for a patient and for the Doctor. We need to see how much is broken... how much part of the crown is left... or has it broken including a part of the root. All this needs to be evaluated and plus the symptoms that you are presently having... is there any pain involved ? Is the left over part moving ? All this needs to be seen before we come to a conclusion and treatment plan. Nothing to worry. Please visit your dentist they ll do the best for you. An X ray may be required. All this can be confirmed if you directly visit a dentist.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as soon as possible
Health Tips
Nothing to worry. The doctor will take good care of you.
