Have fungal infection I think
I am attaching pic I think it fungal infection Sometimes it's dry sometimes when I scratch it get oily ... And ye thoda badhte ja raha h... And I feel haur grouth bhi kam ho raha h What should I do

Looks like seborrheic dermatitis. It is a chronic condition which tends to come and go. You will have to take treatment during flares and even when it goes away maintenance treatment in the form of shampoo and lotions required 2-3 times/ week.
